Try this one. LOL. It's kinda lame but, I laughed when the answer I got somehow matched the question I asked.


Before anything else, I learned about this book when I was waiting for my mom as I have said here. So, there's this kid who was holding a book and will eventually asks nonsense questions afterwards flips the pages of the book and stops at a random page.And on that page, there's the answer to your question. Anyway, I was curious and I got myself staring on the book. But I didn't actually see it's author nor it's title. So I was left clueless. But earlier this afternoon as we, my friends and I, were inside national bookstore, I remembered about the book and searched for it. I found it inside a cabinet near the "religion section." Its title is "The book of answers by Carol Bolt" a pocket size yellow and black book. I didn't get the chance of scanning it because unfortunately, the cabinet was locked. I really want that book, I'll buy it someday. Anyways, as I opened my laptop and went online, I googled about it and found it's official website. *YEYS* The book of answers is divided into many parts and is published differently namely: 

• The original book of answers
• The literary book of answers
• Movie book of answers
• Love's book of answers
• Soul's book of answers
• Mom's book of answers
• and Dad's book of answers

I clicked on "Love's book of answers" and asked:

"Maiinlove pa ba ako?"

and here's the answer..

Hahaha. So now, even without the book, I'mma enjoy asking this virtual book my questions.

Day9: Something you're proud in the past few days

Hmmmmm? Can I say that I'm proud that I earned money? HAHA. I can't think of any. :))

I earned seven hundred fifty bucks in 1 day for a 17scenes flash presentation. It should've been one thousand two hundred fifty bucks. But I gave the 40% of it to my friend who in particular did all the business talk. :))

Day10: Songs you listen to when you're happy, sad, bored, hyped, and mad.

I don't update my playlist that often, and I also don't organize it to what moods these songs should be a part of. When i'm using my laptop, i just hit the play button and listen to whatever song it plays. And hit next when i don't feel like listening to the song that's playing. :)

Oh no, pano na Engineering students? I mean, paano na yung mga girls ng eng who wears black pants instead of charcoal gray? HAHAHA. Ehem. anyway. Tinatamad lang talaga akong mag edit ng flash presentation ngayon. I'm just using this as an excuse not to do it. :))

Earlier this afternoon, around 3:00pm. While I was waiting for my mum to fetch me. (Yes. I'm being dropped off and fetched, like almost everyday.) I heard this 1st year kids from engineering talking about their project. I think they were talking about composing a song? Anyway, as I was eavesdropping them. LOL.  The girl standing next to me said, "Kantahin nalang nating yung God of all nations." And I was like, "God of all nations?!" (well, just to myself! i'm weird. i know.) Then she started singing "God of all nations, merciful lord of our restless being...." (with matching actions.) Hahahaha. I wanted to laugh but I might look stupid. So I talked to myself again and said "Ineng. UST HYMN po ang title niyan. Hindi God of all Nations." 




Anyways, sorry for being rude and all. Criticizing her without even knowing, but hello? OK. Enough. :)) Just wanted to vent it out. :)

-I've been so restless... :-( Still in the process of coping up from last week's prelim exams.


-I purchased a laptop keyboard protector and a cheetah-like skin for gadgets at cd r-king.


-Sticked the skin to my cellphone which now looks like this..

though it's somehow untidy. i really don't know how to put the skin correctly.

-Been to a children's party.


-Had a dear day. :) We weren't complete. Valerie is missing in action at Llenz' party. :-(


-Had an updated dear picture! :-)

-Earned money. Well not yet. The money's still not with me. meh.


-Hmmm. Saw my Math324 preliminary exam results and IM201 Preliminary Grade. T'was uhmm... nevermind.


-Changed my Facebook relationship status from "single" to "it's complicated." :)




Hmmm maybe that's enough for now? I'll be doing days 8-10 leyturz.

PHX what?

Someone from PHX International called me a while ago. He said that I was one of the chosen qualified UST students for their project and they're up to students from UST,UP,DLSU, and ATENEO. He also mentioned that we don't know each other personally, though he didn't gave me any info about him except that he work for PHX International. He gave me a 3 minute orientation about their project and I didn't understand a single word because our conversation was choppy and I'm not that interested that's why whenever he stops talking I'll just say "ok". After his orientation, he asked my about my schedule tomorrow and on monday, thus asked me if we could meet up either tomorrow 3pm or on Monday 6:30am. I said Ok and he gave me the directions. He said that their office is located at Pasig. he said, that I should take an FX going to pasig and have me dropped off at LINDEN Suite Hotel and then I have to walk and make sure to pass by BDO and Robinson's Bank.  And he even made sure that if ever i'm going to cancel our appointment, it shouldn't be a last minute cancellation, --"May isang salita naman ang mga taga UST diba?" he added. After we ended up our conversation, I called up my dad and told him about this PHX thing. He said that I shouldn't believe this because this might be a scam.

Now i'm thinking, how did this guy know that I'm from UST and I'm Janine Go?

Maybe i've been sharing too much information about me on all my social networks, don't you think? Oh geez.

When you say superhero, all I can think about is Superman, Batman, uhhmm. Justice League, The Marvel Superheroes, hmm.. Powerpuff Girls??




Are the PPG considered superheroes? Anyway. They're my favorite. Why?




Just because they're kids doesn't mean they can't do something heroic to the city of townsville, governed by a Mayor with a height problem and his topbodyless secretary. Thus, the said town is like being under attack almost everyday. :))  Anyway, going back, they're my favorite because, they're sweet kids. They love each other so much that they can't afford losing each other. :)

Pictures were taken last June 2010. When we unexpectedly had to stay there for 3 days. :)) 

We only spent a thousand and a half bucks for a 3 day stay in Lorentess. Affordable much? :) Though, an 8 hour trip to baler is really a once in a blue moon experience --for me.

The meaning behind my tumblr name. In this case, my blogger's name. :)




Both my tumblr's and blogger's name are the same. I named it "MyrtleGee" for Myrtle came from my, well obviously, third name, and Gee because my surname is "Go" and it starts with the letter G. Anyway, it was supposed to be "MyrtleG" but I thought that people might mispronounce it as "murt-leg" and I might hate them for doing such. LOLJK. But, Murtleg sounds stupid, really. So to prevent people from mispronouncing it, I put two E's after the letter G and tadah! MyrtleGee was born. :D

Panga-pangalan.

Itong post na ito ay tungkol sa iba't ibang mga pangalang itinatawag sakin ng mga kaibigan ko or worst, prof ko.

Lady Marmalade- Tawag sakin nila Lia, at Daph. Narinig kasi nila akong kumakanta ng Lady Marmalade nung Math324 namin. So after nila marinig, tinawag na nila kong lady marmalade.

Maribel/Agua- Tawag ni Lia sakin, dahil siya si Rubi/Bendita. See the consistency of her characters? Hahaha. Akin yung mga api-apihan, siya daw yung nang aapi. :))

Jammyboy- Ang kakaibang tawag with matching kakaibang tone din ng pagsasalita ni Charles. hahahaha. naiimagine ko ngayon ang pagtawag niya sakin niyan. :)))

I created this blogger account weeks ago but was too lazy to post things or whatever. I was hoping that inspiration would come and visit me and will give me ideas on what to post here. meh. Makikiuso ako. HAH.


My friend Rubi (definitely not her real name. DUH), had her tumblog. I read her entry yesterday and boom. Instant topic. Sabi sa inyo eh. Gagaya ako sa uso.

COMPUTER SCIENCE.

I'm okay with it when it comes to web designing and such, but PROGRAMMING? wth. Our University, rather, our College or Faculty or whatever you wanna call it, should really implement having a choice if whether a student wants to do programming or web designing or other crappy things students wanted to waste their time to. Just like in other Universities. Oh no. Do students of other Universities have the freedom to choose what they wanted to do? Or am I just making this stories up just to make myself feel better? Anyway.....




After 2 years of surviving, I'm starting to ask myself, "Why CS?" A question which, I too, cannot answer. I don't know the reason why I end up being a CS Student. Before, I wanted Computer Engineering as my course, but since it is not offered in my chosen university, I chose CS, because it has "Computer" on its name. How lame. The bright side was, I maybe suffering even more today if I took CE. :))


I really really really wanted to learn how to program. All those java things some of my block mates does every Lab subjects. I envy them. Especially those kids who eats java codes, not literally though. Their brains are like, automatic, they can think of all the possible codes they can use when our professor explains to us what she wanted us to do. Arrrrggh, those kids, they make me wanna hate `em. :| loljk.


Anyway, I should be writing our IM Case study report by now. But still, I'm not taking this blog entry as an excuse for me to sleep late. It's still IM's fault. *Evil laugh* I hope that evil laugh will make my grades high. Please. :)
